Change Detailed Stats into Hourly

I'm trying to generate a report that shows interface utilization for the past 30 days in hourly increments.  I created the report but the problem I'm running into is data from the last 7 days are in detailed statistics every polling interval.  Is there a way to summarize the detailed statistics as hourly?
