Custom report for max tx\rx per hour

Hi

I'm trying to create a report to give me the avg max for tx and rx for 12 hour period, by hour. So max for 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM and so on. I have tried a couple of of custom reports but no luck. I'm doing this on a monthly basis to show usage on a per hour basis. Any help is much appreciated
