Copying existing reports, editing fields and saving as a new report?

Good afternoon all,

I have some existing customer specific reports that I would like to make some changes to in order to use them for different customers. Is there a way to copy the existing reports, edit fields to reflect the new customer's information and then save the report as a new report without overwriting/losing the existing report?
