Hardware Model and Total Memory Available on a switch or router

I am generating a report where 2 of the fields needed are the Hardware model or model for the switch or router and the other needed is the Total Available memory. I am able to pull the model for a fair portion but not all Node models in the report. They are all Cisco boxes. If I look at the switch directly in details the model type is there what field should I be looking at in the report. I am pulling model. Also for the Total Memory Available is not accessible. I am converting a report writer report to a web report these are the only 2 fields I am have problems with.  The fields are in the report writer report. Thanks
