Schedule and email a report issues?

After a recent upgrade  scheduled reports that use to email a copy of the report no longer works.   The receiver gets an email with the  url but says "reportUnable to retrieve url: http://xxx-xxxxxx/Orion/Report.aspx?ReportID=798 using PDF type"

Says the same when trying to email a Excel copy of the report

Any thoughts.
