Get Date to show in Alerts and Support

Hi Thwack,

I'm creating a custom report, web based on our circuit usage.  For some reason, I cannot get the actually date to show in the report.  Anyone got input on this?  I'm trying to get it to show the date the peak hit. I have the date range set on the last 30 days.

On the old report writer a previous admin setup a report to show below.  I need the Web-based to show similar.
